ISTPC2024 will take place at the center Paul Langevin in Aussois, Savoie, France (the center is known as the “CAES” in the village). From Paris, you can take the high-speed train (TGV) to Modane and then take a taxi to Aussois (12-minute drive). You can buy train tickets on the SNCF web site.
